Mr. Roth is the managing member of Roth Law Group, LLC and the firm's primary practicing attorney. From 2009-2011, Mr. Roth worked in the Franklin County Municipal Court with the Columbus City Prosecutor's office. He is experienced in both plea negotiations and litigating trials before the judges of Franklin County Courts. Prior to completing his legal education, Mr. Roth worked as an extern for Magistrate Judge Mark Abel, and as a research assistant for former Capital University Law School Associate Dean Shirley Mays. Mr. Roth opened Roth Law Group, LLC in January of 2011 and represents clients in Franklin, Fairfield, Licking, Delaware, Athens, Hocking, Medina, Marietta, Meigs, Gallia and Madison county courts. Mr. Roth has handled a wide variety of criminal cases, from Minor Misdemeanor drug offenses, to 1st Degree Felonies such as Aggravated Robbery and Felonious Assaults.

Mr. Roth works primarily in traffic and criminal defense matters, but also practices in civil ligation and domestic matters.
